As you stroll the forest path and coastal edge, you’ll learn how native plants throughout the park were used for traditional medicine, healing, and daily life. This gentle, informative walk invites participants to see the park not just as a place of beauty, but as a place of story, stewardship, and enduring cultural knowledge. Join Denise of ShoreGirl Adventures at Anthony Provincial Park. Explore the Bay of Fundy's rich coastal landscape, hear insights about native plants and their traditional uses, and find a deeper appreciation for the natural world and its connections to local heritage. Come and enjoy a peaceful, hands-on experience that brings the parks biodiversity and history to life! Experience Highlights: • Walk through nature along the Bay of Fundy and learn about the importance of plants in medicine. • Discover native plants found along the trail and how they were traditionally used for medicine, food, and wellness. • Feel and enjoy the calming effects of the forest through walking through the forest and experiencing quiet moments. • Engage all 5 senses – listening to the birds and wind, noticing textures of bark and moss, breathing in forest scents – to foster relaxation and connection.
